When does my subscription start?
The moment your first payment is confirmed. Access is added to your account instantly - no waiting, no manual approval. If a free trial is included, you get the full plan first and the first charge lands after the trial window.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Head to My Billing at any point and cancel - you keep access until the end of the paid cycle you already have and no further charges are made. Cancellation is instant and does not need a support ticket.
How does the recurring billing work?
Razorpay collects the amount shown on this page automatically each cycle from the payment method you registered on the first charge. You get an email with a GST invoice each time. If a payment fails, we retry a few times before pausing access.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable for cycles you have already paid for, but you can cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. If something is broken with the subscription itself (missing access, activation issue), contact the store and it will be made right.
What if the creator changes the plan later?
You are grandfathered to the plan you subscribed on - the price and limits you see today stay yours as long as the subscription is active. New pricing or new limits only apply if you switch to a new plan yourself.
Charges appear on your statement as TheBlueMustard · mann. Every successful cycle sends a GST-compliant invoice to your registered email - you can also download all past invoices from My Billing.
If a payment fails Razorpay retries automatically over a few days. Access is paused if all retries fail, and restored the moment the payment method is fixed - no data is lost.
Recurring collection is authorised through UPI Autopay, e-mandate on cards, or net banking e-NACH. You can revoke the mandate at any time from My Billing.
