Payments, GST invoicing and payouts

Money in, paperwork out, money onward. Payments run through Razorpay; invoicing is built for Indian GST; payouts land on the schedule you choose.

Taking payment

Checkout runs on Razorpay and accepts credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, in Indian Rupees. Card details never reach this platform — they are handled entirely by Razorpay under PCI-DSS Level 1.

The price a buyer is shown is server-computed and GST-inclusive, so the number on the product page is the number they pay.

GST invoicing

Sequential numbering
Invoices are numbered in sequence, which is what makes them usable as a record rather than a receipt.
Correct tax lines
CGST and SGST for intra-state supply, IGST for inter-state — split on the transaction, not applied as one blended figure.
Credit notes and refunds
A refund issues a credit note against the original invoice, so the two reconcile.
Buyer-side access
Buyers see their orders, subscriptions and invoices with tax lines in their billing area — nobody has to email a copy.

Payouts

Configure a Razorpay account or a bank transfer destination per store, then pick a daily, weekly or monthly payout schedule. Sales, orders, product performance and subscription metrics are visible in the dashboard, and individual orders drill through to their invoices.

What this does not do

Worth knowing before you plan around it.

  • Indian Rupees only, through Razorpay. There is no multi-currency checkout and no alternative gateway.
  • This is invoicing and record-keeping, not tax advice or filing. GST registration, returns and rate determination for your own supply remain yours — talk to your accountant.
  • Tips through the support-a-creator page move directly between payer and creator over UPI. The platform does not process, hold, or account for them, and they cannot be refunded through the platform.

Common questions

Which payment methods can buyers use?

Credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets — all through Razorpay, in Indian Rupees.

Are the invoices GST-compliant?

Invoices are sequentially numbered and carry CGST, SGST or IGST lines as appropriate, with credit notes for refunds. Whether a given supply is taxable, and at what rate, depends on your own registration and business — that part is a question for your accountant.

When do I get paid?

On the payout schedule you configure per store — daily, weekly, or monthly — to a Razorpay account or a bank transfer destination.
